Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with stage III and stage IV lung cancer confirmed by pathological examination; 2. patients aged from 18 (inclusive) to 65 (inclusive); 3. with written basis, able to sign informed consent; 4. with good communication ability and language expression ability; 5. voluntary participation in the study; 6. KPS score >=60 (most of daily life can take care of themselves, occasionally need help).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past and present mental disorders; 2. conscious disorders; 3. illiteracy.
