Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 100 patients confirmed in the obstetrics and gynecology laboratory of our hospital were included in the URSA case group. Case inclusion criteria: the patient had no history of successful pregnancy, miscarriage of >=2 fetuses occurred before 28 weeks of gestation, and the male had normal chromosome karyotype in peripheral blood, and no abnormalities in semen examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The existing known factors such as family history, chromosome, anatomy, endocrine, blood group incompatibility, infection and autoantibody were excluded.
