Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. The first time to receive surgical treatment; 3. Agree to choose the median incision thoracotomy; 4. Normal intelligence, can cooperate with the pain digital rating method (NRS) assessment and pain intervention treatment methods; 5. Preoperative examination showed no tumor metastasis, no history of chronic chest and flank pain, and no history of long-term use of analgesics; 6. Voluntary participation in this study and approval by our hospital's ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications such as atelectasis, empyema, lung infection, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents after operation; 2. Cases of shedding and loss of connection; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with treatment or examination before or after surgery; 4. Those who still cannot accurately cooperate with the NRS assessment after admission and education; 5. Those who have changed their treatment plan before and after the operation.
