Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet any of the following criteria: (1) severe pump failure [EF 0.5ug/kg. min or vasoactive drug index > 45-50ug/kg. min); (2) the use of anti-arrhythmia drugs still appear fatal malignant arrhythmia such as repeated ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation; (3) serious slow arrhythmia using temporary pacemaker treatment ineffective; Cardiac arrest; No autonomous cycle starts within 10-15 minutes 2. Aged from 1 month to 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracranial hemorrhage with extensive effects; There are allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients with lung invasion and incurable tumors; Recent intracranial surgery or intracranial hemorrhage (1-7d); Having a poor long-term prognosis; Perioperative children with congenital heart disease
