Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing general anesthesia for rhinoplasty with costal cartilage; (2) Patients aged 18 to 79 years old,regardless of gender; (3) ASA class I-II patients; (4) Patients sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of mental illness according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition); (2) Other operations were received 24 hours before the operation; (3) Analgesic history (such as opioids, acetaminophen or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); (4) History of coagulopathy; (5) Taking antipsychotic drugs or benzodiazepines for more than 2 weeks in the past month; (6) Allergies to the intended narcotic drugs; (7) Patients diagnosed with asthma or nasal polyps; (8) Clinicians believe the patient is not suitable for participating in the study.
