Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 to 70 years old patients with primary and recurrent gliomas; 2. Patients during the whole follow-up period (about 14 months) can and are willing to complete the whole specified study plan; 3. Patients / or patients' legal guardian or trustee have the ability to understand the research procedures, sign the informed consent voluntarily after informed consent, and can comply with the requirements of the clinical research program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients; 2. The researchers judged that other conditions were not suitable for the clinical trial.
