Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer patients: (1) Aged >= 40 years; (2) Lung cancer patients confirmed by pathology or immunohistochemistry; 2. COPD inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 40 years; (2) Patients with COPD diagnosed by pulmonary function test (fevi / FVC = 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asthma history or other respiratory diseases (bronchiectasis, interstitial pneumonia, occupational pulmonary disease, sarcoidosis, etc.); 2. Patients with history of lobectomy or lung cancer; 3. Tuberculosis: active tuberculosis and old tuberculosis affect pulmonary function (such as chronic fibrocavitary tuberculosis, lung damage, extensive pleural hypertrophy caused by tuberculous pleurisy); 4. Patients with obvious clinical history of circulatory failure; 5. Patients with obvious contraindications for spirometry (history of myocardial infarction, cerebral or aortic aneurysm, history of eye surgery, hemoptysis).
