Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years; 2. For the patients who have failed in the previous UPJO operation, the previous treatment includes pyeloplasty, endoscopic incision, balloon dilatation, ureteral end-to-end anastomosis, etc; 3. Patients with mechanical obstruction of the ipsilateral upper urinary tract and long ureteral stricture were diagnosed by imaging; 4. Patients with clinical symptoms related to upper urinary tract obstruction, such as recurrent back pain, hydronephrosis with recurrent urinary tract infection, renal function less than 40% of normal due to obstruction, diameter before and after pyeloplasty > 3cm or severe hydronephrosis; 5. Patients who are fully aware of the condition and treatment options and sign the informed consent and informed choice notice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of general anesthesia; 2. Patients who do not sign informed consent and cannot cooperate with the study; 3. Other situations that some researchers think are not suitable to participate in this study.
