Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous women, full-term pregnancy with singleton, vaginal delivery, first stage of labor < 10 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiopulmonary diseases (including hypertension), history of endocrine diseases (including diabetes), contraindications to epidural puncture, maternal body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees C before analgesia, BMI greater than 30, clearly diagnosed choritis, and repeated cervical examination.
