Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-65 years; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II; 3. Breast cancer diagnosed by pathology; 4. General anesthesia combined with anterior saw nerve block during operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate 30 kg·m–2); 6. Allergy to drugs used in the study; 7. Operation time 3 h.
