Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 45 years and epiphyseal closure of tibia and femur; 2. unilateral ACL injury; 3. Restored preoperative activity ( ROM from 0 degree to 90 degrees) ; 4. regularly participate in sports activities before injury; 5. agreed on double-bundle eight-strands reconstruction with autologous hamstrings and sign infomed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple ligament injuries, combined with meniscus injury or cartilage injury; 2. Combination of other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, mental diseases; 3. Previous knee surgery; 4. Severe chondropathy of the knee; 5. Drug and/or alcohol abuse; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Poor compliance.
