18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent hypertrophic breast reduction surgery; 2. Female patients aged 18-60 years; 3. Four postoperative follow-up points were intact (7 days, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months postoperation). 4. The participants had proper compliance, took the test voluntarily and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of keloid or hypertrophic scar; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Basic diseases affecting wound healing; 4. Breast hyperplasia or abnormal mass is not suitable for fat graft; 5. Using hormones or chemotherapeutic drugs; 6. Unable to be treated on time and failed to cooperate; 7. There are diseases that affect the results of the test.
