18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 - 70 years; 2. Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer confirmed by FNA; 3. Patients with a diameter of 5-20 mm; 4. Patients with thyroid cancer requiring total thyroidectomy, including (1) The tumor was located in isthmus or bilateral thyroid cancer; (2) The tumor invaded the thyroid capsule; (3) There are lymph nodes with definite or suspected metastasis in the central region; 5. Patients who are willing to cooperate to provide blood test samples, patient imaging, postoperative pathological routine and other relevant medical records, and are willing to use the test data for scientific research in clinical institutions; 6. Patients who sign informed consent and are willing to cooperate with this study for clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid surgery history; 2. Patients with thyroid tumor invading important structures or distant metastasis such as trachea and esophagus; 3. Patients with definite or suspected lymph node metastasis in the lateral neck who need lateral neck dissection; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate general anesthesia; 5. Patients with other diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; 6. Any social / psychological problems judged by the researcher are not suitable for the study.
