Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of study group A 1. Age: 18-70 years old patients; 2. Patients who meet the following diagnostic criteria: (1) Patients with stable coronary heart disease (SCAD): chronic stable exertional angina; stage after acute coronary syndrome (ACS). (2) Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation: Patients with atrial fibrillation who stop on their own or after intervention within 7 days after the attack, the current drug can control sinus rhythm; (3) Patients with drug controlled hypertension: after taking the drug, the blood pressure in the consulting room was less than 140 / 90mmHg; (4) Patients with chronic heart failure: after taking the drug, the New York Heart function was graded as I-II, and EF > 40%; (5) Patients with one or more of the above diseases. 3. The patients who can tolerate the exercise amount of running on the treadmill for 2 minutes at 7km / h (this standard is lower than the exercise amount standard of the treadmill test conducted by cardiovascular patients); 4. The patient has good compliance, can understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent. B inclusion criteria of control group (1) Age: 18-70 years old; (2) Objects without any disease; (3) The subjects who can tolerate the exercise amount of running on the treadmill for 2min at 7km / h (this standard is lower than the exercise amount standard of the treadmill test conducted by cardiovascular patients); (4) Patients have good compliance, can understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with expected survival less than 6 months; 2. Patients with acute or serious systemic infection; 3. Patients with myocardial infarction, unstable angina, syncope, cerebrovascular accident, intermittent claudication, extensive atherosclerosis and history of intravascular thrombosis within three months; 4. Patients with history of aortic dissection or aneurysm: 5. Patients with heart failure; 6. Patients with obvious bleeding tendency and blood system diseases; 7. Patients with malignant tumors and end-stage diseases; 8. Patients with serious diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Patients with mental history; 11. Patients with any other conditions considered unsuitable by researchers.
