Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic brain injury with complete medical records were diagnosed as hemiplegia with spasm and upper extremity dysfunction, with a course of more than one year; 2. Patients who had Fugl Meyer score data of upper extremity before and after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete baseline data or lack of follow-up data; 2. Patients with multiple limb dysfunction but not hemiplegia.
