18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients diagnosed as ESRD,PEW; 2. Patients who have been treated with regular hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 3. Patients aged 18-75 years; 4. Patients whose kt / V is greater than 1.2 were assessed for maintenance dialysis adequacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease; 2. Patients with viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, HIV infection or AIDS; 3. Patients with malignant tumor, severe infection and heart failure; 4. Patients who have been treated with Levocarnitine nutrition, antibiotics and probiotics in the past 1 month; 5. Patients who need surgical treatment; patients who do not cooperate with the study.
