Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with ACS for 2004 and 2007 versions of ACC/AHA; 2. aged >20 years; 3. had no mental problems; 4. be able to communicate; 5. be able to contact by telephone and home visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe multiple organ failure.
