Age
19 Years to 66 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) skeletally mature; (2) elbow stiffness with a total arc of flexion and extension of < 100 degree; (3) caused by distal humerus fractures; (4) treated with open arthrolysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) follow-up time of less than 12 months; (2) prior elbow arthrolysis; (3) elbow stiffness associated with severe burns or central nervous system injuries; (4) unwillingness to participate in the study.
