Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) At least one history of bad pregnancy, including a history of stillbirth, a history of abnormal fetal induction and a history of abortion; (2) Regular prenatal examinations in research hospitals; (3) At least 18 years old; (4) Singleton pregnancy; (5) Gestational weeks between 12 and 28 weeks; (6) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (7) Mild to moderate depression or anxiety (4 < PHQ-9 score < 15 or 4 < GAD- 7 score < 15).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; (2) Pregnancy complications, pregnancy complicated with heart, brain, kidney and other major diseases. (3) Taking psychotropic drugs; (4) Any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently.
