60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Biological parents are Han Chinese; 2. Aged from 60 to 95 years; 3. Fit the criteria for Insomnia disorder according to DSM-5; 4. At least 5 years of education and MMSE greater than 26; and 5. Eligible to perform physical exercise; 6. sign the consent form and volunteer to participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fit the criteria for other mental disorders according to DSM-5, including substance abuse (except nicotine); 2. Fit the criteria for other sleep disorders according to DSM-5; 3. Pregnant or plan to be pregnant in three months or breasting-feeding; 4. Dysfunction in main body organs or brain; 5. Obesity (BMI larger than 35); 6. Not suitable for MRI scans; and 7. Drug consumption including anti-psychotic drugs, anti-depression drugs, antibiotics, etc that will affect sleep during the last two weeks.
