Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Correct the gestational age less than or equal to 5 months; 2. High risk infants: (1) multiple fetuses, premature or low birth weight, small for gestational age, macrosomia, congenital malformations, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal jaundice, neonatal pneumonia, etc.; (2) asphyxia during labor, umbilical cord around the neck, dystocia, surgical delivery, emergency delivery, prolonged delivery, and history of sedative or analgesic drugs used in delivery; (3) premonitory abortion in early pregnancy, pregnancy high symptoms, anemia, fetal distress, intrauterine growth retardation, placental dysplasia, placenta previa, placental abruption, abnormal umbilical cord (umbilical cord is too short, umbilical cord twisted into a twist, etc.), oligohydramnios, amniotic fluid burst, amniotic fluid pollution and other diseases, exposure to radiation, harmful chemicals or drugs during pregnancy, infection during pregnancy (torch); (4) pregnant mother aged 40 years old, the pregnant mother had diabetes, infection, chronic cardiopulmonary disease, smoking, drug or alcohol history, the mother was Rh negative blood group, and had a history of stillbirth, stillbirth or sexually transmitted diseases in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Full term infants without any risk factors.
