18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First diagnosed FAI and have been treated by arthroscopy; (2) Radiological diagnosis of normal hip joint postoperatively; (3) Anxiety and depression symptoms in HADS scale pre-operation >= 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe psychiatric disorder and are required medical treatment or other intervention; (2) Revision surgery; (3) Score of PHQ-9 before surgery >= 5, indicating depression; (4) Participants meet the contraindications according to specific therapeutic intervention program; (5) Participants who are unable to accomplish the whole program.
