Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18-45 years; 2. Plan to live in plateau area for at least one week, no more than one year; 3. Sign the informed consent of the subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with serious diseases and expected survival less than 12 months, major operations (such as orthopedic, gastrointestinal, heart and skull operations) within half a year; 2. Women with oral short acting contraceptives; 3. Women with endocrine related diseases such as thyroid dysfunction and adrenal disease
