Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. ASAI-III patients with elective surgery in Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Hepatobiliary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and bleeding disorders; 2. Patients undergoing major surgery within 1 month; 3. Those with major organ failure, mental or consciousness disorders; 4. Within 30 days before the start of the study or are participating in other clinical studies.
