Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 18 and 70 years. (2) GERD-Q score was more than 8 in patients with reflux related symptoms. (3) After double dose PPI treatment for 8 weeks, reflux symptoms are not improved.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with esophageal hiatal hernia, reflux esophagitis, Barrett's esophagus, upper gastrointestinal tumor, peptic ulcer and other organic diseases are found by gastroscopy. (2) Gastroesophageal reflux disease secondary to systemic diseases. (3) There are contraindications of MRI. (4) There are serious complications of heart, liver, kidney and brain. (5) High resolution esophageal manometry indicates severe esophageal motility abnormality. (6) Definite diagnosis of craniocerebral organic disease, mental disease, and patients receiving psychotherapy.
