Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with 29-32 weeks of gestational age; 2. Patients with birth weight of 1200-1799g; 3. Patients with stable vital signs; 4. Patients with respiratory and circulatory diseases; 5. Patients whose family members have fully informed consent and signed the informed consent; 6. The parents are healthy and have no infectious diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with septicemia, NEC and other serious diseases, or with congenital gastrointestinal malformation, congenital heart disease, genetic and metabolic diseases, etc.; 2. Patients with mechanical ventilation.
