Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric adenocarcinoma diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years; 3. Patients with BMI >=25.0kg/m2; 4. Preoperative imaging staging was t1-t4a, N0-3, M0; 5. Patients with laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with T4b, M1 stage, large and unresectable tumor were found during the operation, and those with other malignant tumors were found; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors and low-grade malignant potential tumors (giant cell tumor of bone, pseudomyxoma of appendix, invasive fibroma); 3. The patient has severe other system diseases and cannot tolerate the operation; 4. Patients with non adenocarcinoma type malignant tumor after operation; 5. Patients with gastric stump cancer; 6. Patients with iodine contrast agent allergy; 7. Those who received new adjuvant treatment before operation; 8. Pregnant patients; 9. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
