Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with or without diabetes, aged >= 18 years; 2.Diabetic or non-diabetic patients who intend to undergo lower extremity surgery under nerve block anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia; 3.Sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Patients who have received limb surgery within the last month; 3.Patients with incomplete data.
