Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Symptomatic patients with HOCM; 3. LVOT gradient >= 50mmHg; 4. Heart function II-IV; 5. The thickness of IVS > 15mm; 6. Volunteer to participate in the study, sign informed consent and complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage of heart failure; 2. MI, CABG, PCI in the past 3 months; 3. Aortic stenosis; 4. Intracardiac thrombus; 5. Pregnant or nursing women; 6. Intolerant of exercise test (inducing malignant arrhythmia) or taking drugs affecting exercise test; 7. Life expectancy of other diseases < 1 year; 8. Refusing to participate in the study or failing to complete the follow-up.
