65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults older than 65 years old; 2. Able to maintain the standing position; 3. Able to walk alone, without others, prosthesis, or mobility aids; 4. Normal cognitive function; 5. Be at moderate fall risk which is determined by one fall within the last 6 months and more than 10s of the TUG test [31].

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with diseases related to postural control, such as vestibular dysfunction, Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease, and motor neuron disorders; 2. History of lower limb trauma in the past year; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 4. Subjects with medical contraindications for exercise; 5. Currently undertaking a structured exercise program for postural control.
