Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of diabetes aged >=18 years, ASA grade II ~ IV; 2. The patient intends to undergo surgery under general anesthesia or regional nerve block (eg, bone fracture of extremities, diabetic foot ulcer debridement, diabetic foot amputation, diabetic lateral tibial bone removal surgery, etc.); 3. can sign an informed consent; 4. Ability to read and write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this experiment; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Patients who have received limb surgery within the last month; 4. Patients with incomplete data; 5. Severe dementia, speech impairment, hearing or visual impairment and inability to complete the questionnaire.
