Postoperative dexamethasone group:Intravenous injection of dexamethasone in postoperative resuscitation room

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (aged 18-80 years), ASA I-II grade who plan to undergo arthroscopic shoulder surgery (subacromial decompression or rotator cuff repair).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy or dexamethasone intolerance; 2. BMI > 35 kg/m2; 3. Drug description taboo users, such as peptic ulcer disease, systemic infection, glaucoma, active varicella, herpes infection, diabetes; 4. (ISB) contraindications for brachial plexus intermuscular sulcus block such as severe COPD, coagulation disorders, ipsilateral upper limb neurological dysfunction, local infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Chronic opioid use (daily > 30mg oral morphine dosage).
