60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-III, 60-85 years old, BMI 18-25kg / ?, Patients undergoing thoracoscopic and McKeown esophagectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients transferred to open surgery or combined with other postoperative methods; 2. patients with abnormal coagulation; 3. patients allergic to ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine; 4. patients taking NSAID drugs within the first week; 5. long-term hormone therapy; 6. patients with immune diseases; 7. patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. patients with long-term chronic pain symptoms.
