Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children aged 1-36 month; 2. ASA I-II, elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. emergency to medicine; 2. Recently or currently receiving ? 2 receptor agonists and antagonists; 3. Abnormal nasal cavity or predictable difficult airway; 4. Any serious systemic disease; 5. Pneumonia or acute upper respiratory inflammation; 6. Preterm history; 7. Arrhythmia or confirmed congenital heart disease.
