Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age <=32 weeks or birth weight <=1500g Premature baby on board.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital hereditary diseases and congenital malformations such as diaphragmatic hernia, chest and abdomen deformity and other basic diseases affecting respiratory function; 2. family members are unwilling to participate; 3. Lost to follow-up, transfer or death.
