Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Those aged between 50 and 75 years; 3. Visual analogue scale (VAS) is greater than or equal to 4; 4. Lesions in the thoracolumbar, lumbosacral and limbs; 5. Those who have clear consciousness, complete cognitive function, willing to cooperate with the experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or pregnant women; 2. Lesions occur in special places, such as head and face, perineum, etc.; 3. Mentally or legally unfit patients; 4. Patients suffering from infectious diseases, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases and even systemic failure, patients with connective tissue disease, hemophilia and bleeding tendency.
