41 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged > 40 years, no limit on the gender, ASA class I or II; 2.Willing to cooperate with the investigation and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy history of allergy to opioids or TXA; 2. Oral anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage; 5. Patients with preoperative venous thrombosis; 6. Patients with complications of important organs; 7. Patients with color blindness or acquired visual impairment.
