Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the international diagnostic guidelines and recommendations, children with rheumatic diseases, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, juvenile dermatomyositis, vasculitis, etc. 2. Patients who are not well treated with traditional medicine or who agree to use golimub according to the wishes of their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infection. 2. Patients with latent tuberculosis and / or hepatitis B virus infection.
