Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes with ACS with / without ST segment elevation after PCI with stent placement, age from 22 to 59 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes with planned PCI; 2. Patients with CABG; 3. Patients with diabetes with valvular heart disease; 4. Poor echo quality
