30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 30 and <= 70 years; 2. Patients with unilateral shoulder joint operation; 3. Patients with rotator cuff tear less than 5cm after repair; 4. Three months after the repair of rotator cuff, the patients still have discomfort (pain, limited joint activity); 5. MRI showed the patients with poor healing of tendon and bone after repair of rotator cuff; 6. The patient is willing to cooperate with the treatment and follow-up, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The contraindications of ESWL: hemorrhagic disease; thrombus in the treatment area; patients with severe cognitive and mental disorders; patients with severe injury of tendon and fascia rupture, etc. 2. Patients with biceps tendon fixation or amputation; 3. Patients with subscapular tendon repair; 4. The patient has unstable or uncontrolled angina, uncontrolled heart failure or severe uncontrolled arrhythmia; 5. The patients who had the history of shoulder joint operation except the repair of rotator cuff; 6. Patients with pacemakers; 7. Patients with known hemorrhagic diseases or currently undergoing anticoagulation treatment; 8. Patients with malignant tumors; 9. The patient has any nervous system disease of the upper extremity, such as thoracic outlet syndrome; 10. Patients with other diseases causing shoulder pain: pigmentation, villonodular synovitis, osteoarthritis, etc; 11. Pregnant or pregnant women; 12. Participate in other clinical studies at the same time.
