Tracheal intubation general anesthesia

Interventions

experimental group:After tracheal intubation, 3-5ml of 2% lidocaine is given on the cuff
Control group:After tracheal intubation, 3-5ml of saline is given to the cuff

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients in this study were classified as class I or class II of the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA); 2. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years, male and female unlimited; 3. Patients to be treated by laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Patients who sign informed consent; 5. Patients who need 2 hours of operation time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asthma and chronic cough; 2. Patients with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection during perioperative period; 3. Current smokers; 4. Patients with drugs involving ACE-I; 5. Patients with bronchodilators or steroids; 6. Patients with bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 7. Patients with liver dysfunction; 8. Patients with renal insufficiency; 9. patients with local anesthetic allergy; 10. Patients with platelet abnormality, coagulation abnormality, anticoagulation.
