16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years; 2. Patients with cervical spinal cord injury and indications for surgery meet the following 4 requirements: (1) Complete spinal cord injury at level 4 and above; (2) Residual diaphragm function; (3) The muscle strength of trapezius was 4 or above; (4) There is dyspnea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following complications or concomitant diseases will be excluded: 1. Brain injury with disturbance of consciousness; 2. Multiple rib fractures; 3. Scapular fracture 4. Serious osteoporosis; 5. Ankylosing spondylitis.
