Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 and <= 75 years. 2. From June 2020 to February 2021, patients with psoriasis diagnosed by two dermatologists who came to our dermatology department or healthy people who excluded psoriasis and other inflammatory related diseases. 3. The subjects or their legal representatives can fully understand the purpose of the study, and have sufficient compliance with the study plan, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious diseases or other life-threatening conditions; 2. Patients who are lack of autonomy, unable to walk or other behaviors are limited; 3. Patients with serious neurological or mental diseases, lactating women or pregnant women.
