Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, which have been confirmed by at least two kinds of radiological examination; 2)Cirrhotic status of Child-Pugh class A; 3)Patients with UICC T3 stage hepatocellular carcinoma: multiple lesions located in semi-liver, or portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) of type I and II in PVTT classification system defined in 2007 in China, which was PVTT involving segmental branches or above of portal vein, or involving the right or left portal vein; 4)potentially resectable HCC have been confirmed by preoperative radiological examination; 5)Patients sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With distant metastasis, organ dysfunction or other contraindications of liver resection; 2)Patients with a history of other tumors;
