18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 and < 70 years, gender unlimited; 2. Clear history of Bell's palsy; 3. Definite symptoms of synkinesis; 4. Synkinesis related electrophysiological Abnormal Muscle Response (AMR) positive; 5. Patients can accurately describe their subjective feelings; 6. The patient agrees to participate in the trial, and he/she or his/her legal guardian signs the informed consent before the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received botulinum toxin, acupuncture and other treatment within 3 months before admission; 2. Facial synkinesis caused by secondary factors such as trauma and tumor; 3. History of severe dementia, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; 4. Drug addiction; 5. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the start of this study; 6. Serious systemic diseases, especially circulatory diseases: such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina, history of sinus bradycardia.
