Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis, Brandt classification: 1 ~ 3; 2. The knee meniscus injury, I ~ II degrees; 3. Other signs with knee joint effusion or indicating knee joint inflammation should be diagnosed by the doctor with diagnostic puncture or aspiration of joint effusion decompression or injection of drugs into the joint cavity to treat the disease; 4. The first joint puncture or injection of the damaged joint, no indication of surgery; 5. Can understand the test content and cooperate voluntarily. (can satisfy any of 1-3 conditions, the other conditions at the same time).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Joint infection; 2. Infection of puncture site; 3. Abnormal coagulation function.
