Group2-1:Low dose single group PEG
Group2-2:Low dose single group PEG+ dimethylsiloxane group
Group2-3:High dose PEG divided into groups
Group2-4:High dose PEG divided into group+dimethylsiloxane group
Group3-1:Two days before the operation, xiaobaitaineng formula powder was fed, and intestinal preparation plan was adopted: low-dose single group PEG+ dimethylsiloxane oil plan
Group3-2:Two days before the operation, clear fluid diet is required,and intestinal preparation plan is high dose PEG divided into group+ dimethylsiloxane solution

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1-18 years who received colonoscopy; 2. Children with complete clinical data, including clear picture data of colonoscopy, etc; 3. The informed consent was signed by the parents of the children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease or other serious basic diseases; 2. Patients with acute active intestinal inflammatory disease; 3. Patients with Peja syndrome (PJs); 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; 5. Patients with severe spinal deformity; 6. Patients with poor compliance; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days; 8. Patients who are not suitable for clinical study according to clinical researchers.
