Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with age >= 18 years and no systemic diseases; 2. Patients with deep caries of molars; 3. Preoperative examination: no pulp holes, no percussion pain, no loosening, no swelling of gingiva, PD <= 3mm; Pulp temperature test showed that pulp activity was normal or transient sensitive; X-ray showed that the depth of caries was not less than 2 / 3 of the thickness of dentin, the periapical membrane was clear and continuous or only slightly widened, no periapical lesions, no internal and external root absorption, no root fracture, and no obvious calcification in pulp cavity. 4. Intraoperative: when decaying or preparing teeth, the pulp is exposed, the diameter of the pulp hole is <= 2mm, and the bleeding can be stopped within 5min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The root tip development of the affected teeth is not complete; 2. Patients with large tooth tissue defects who need to be repaired by post core crown.
