Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects whose age is more than 18 years old; 2. ASA classification: I-III, BMI < 35kg / m2; 3. The patients whose estimated operation time is more than 1h; 4. The object of elective gynecological endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary infection and bullae; 2. Patients with history of myocardial infarction in recent 6 months; 3. Patients with lung surgery history; 4. Patients with neuromuscular diseases.
