Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Patients with clinical symptoms that may indicate acute myocardial infarction, including: acute chest pain, chest distress, acute upper abdominal pain, neck pain, mandibular pain, toothache, etc. that can not be explained by other reasons; 3. Patients with symptoms within 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal failure receiving renal replacement therapy; 2. Patients with ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction; 3. Patients who can only obtain one blood sample; 4. Patients with acute aortic dissection.
